County Career Exploration Fair |
The HCC
sponsored a second Morrison County Career Exploration
Fair event for nearly 400 tenth-graders from high
schools throughout Morrison County. The event takes
place at Camp Ripley Military Training Center north
of Little Falls.
Bobby Loukinen (Minnesota Youth Alive) served as
the key speaker at this year’s event.
New to the event was a youth service project. Kids
participated in building wood duck houses to be
placed at Crane Meadows Wildlife Refuge (in honor
of HCC board member Dr. Tom Heim). Kids also tied
lap blankets for hospice and home care residents.
